David started PLS in 2010 after 8 years as a Loan Officer originating conventional consumer loans. After being introduced to the world of Private Money, it was an easy choice to move on to business purpose investments, working with Investors, which have a clear profit motive. That, combined with a less stringent regulatory environment, provided more flexibility to help people achieve their financial objectives, and was not only easier but was a welcome change. Ronda joined the company in 2012 as a loan processor, office manager and marketing specialist.

Much of the early company activities centered around the processing of loans and working with private investors. Learning the Private Money business from the perspective of the loan processor is ideal, as it gives one the insight into all aspects of both the loan side as well as the investment side. Every deal involves both the request for the funds by the Borrower and the availability of the funds by the Investor and all the documentation that supports both sides. This background has been invaluable in working with the multiple money sources that the company uses to fund their client projects as each source has its own lending and processing criteria.

Fast David Fast - President David has been a mortgage Loan Officer for 19 years, 8 years in Conventional Lending and the last 11 years as a Commercial Lending Broker, providing loan origination services for various lenders. Prior to the lending business, David founded a software consulting company that catered to the high tech companies in Silicon Valley. David is licensed with a CABRE Brokers License #01375815 and a Realtor(R) registered with NAR, CAR and Delta Association of Realtors.

Ronda S. Fast Ronda Fast - Vice President of Operations Ronda has been a Private Lending Loan Processor for 6 years. Prior to the lending business, Ronda was an office manager and technical assistant for various companies in Silicon Valley. She is a Realtor(R) registered with NAR, CAR, Delta Association of Realtors and a member of the Women's Council of Realtors.
